  LPG-FSO Gas Concord sucessfully completed conversion at ST Marine Shipyard for ConocoPhillip's Belanak Field and delivered to site.

2006 April
  FSO Petrocom came off charter after her successful completion of 3 year service to PetroChina for the Jabung oilfield in South Sumatra."

   May
  VLGC Gas Concord enters ST Marine shipyard to be converted into an LPG-FSO for the ConocoPhillips' Belanak LPG-FSO project in West Natuna, Indonesia.

   November
  Jack-up rig Soraya completed her refurbishment program in Batam. Soraya is currently a bare-deck ready to accept project-specific equipment.

   December
  FSO Petrocom was chartered to Chemoil for fuel storage in Malaysia. The Charter concluded in April 2007.

2005 January
  Emerged as the lowest priced technically compliant bidder in Hoan Vu JOC’s Ca Ngu Vang project in Vietnam.
   
  August
  Emerged as lowest priced technically compliant bidder in ConocoPhillips’ Belanak LPG-FSO project in West Natuna.

  September
  Purchased the semisubmersible Mobile Offshore Production Unit Petrobras XXIV and renamed her Molly Brown.

  Awarded engineering, procurement and construction contract by ConocoPhillips for the Belanak LPG-FSO project in West Natuna
   
2004 April
  Purchased the Very Large Gas Carrier Gaz Concord and renamed her Gas Concord
   
  May
  Gas Concord lands her first contract under Compass Energy.
   
   November
  Purchased 50% in Bethlehem-designed mat-supported jack-up drilling rig, Indo Perdana Pacific, and renamed her Soraya.
   
2003 March
  Aframax tanker MV Seaborne was converted into the FSO Petrocom and delivered in just over 100 days. This trailblazing conversion was completed within budget and without any lost time injury.
   
2002 December
  Awarded contract by PetroChina for the conversion, operation and maintenance of a Floating Storage and Offloading unit for the Jabung oilfield in South Sumatra.
   
2001 November
  Compass Energy established in Singapore to provide offshore and marine services to the oil and gas industry, with an initial focus on marginal oilfield projects in Indonesia.
